The Department of English, American and Celtic Studies is currently seeking to employ a Lecturer in English Linguistics (Lehrkraft für besondere Aufgaben) (100\%) The position will be available from 1 October 2025 until 30 September 2027. Your responsibilities: - Teaching in English linguistics at undergraduate and postgraduate level (16 hours per week), - Assessment, examining, administrative and pastoral responsibilities relating to the courses taught. Your qualifications: - PhD in English Linguistics, - Experience in teaching English linguistics, - Fluency in English, and fluency or near-fluency in German.
