About us
The German Education Server was re-vamped in 2017. Its new design is adapted to modern technologies and today's user habits. You will find information sources for international users in our English language catalogue, Eduserver, targeting international users who are interested in education in Germany. Our partner catalogue, Education Worldwide, features comprehensive dossiers concerning international aspects, available in German and English. In both cases, the information is carefully selected, non-commercial and free of charge.
The German Education Server is jointly funded by the Federal Republic of Germany and the 16 states, and it collaborates with state-run portals. A thematic catalogue for schools in Germany is run by the Media Institute, FWU.
