AIEA’s 2025 Annual Conference will be a gathering of visionary leaders, scholars, and practitioners from diverse disciplines coming together to explore the multifaceted dimensions of internationalization of higher education amidst a backdrop of global transformation. Against the backdrop of geopolitical shifts, social upheavals and technological advancements, our conference theme aims to serve as a rallying call to build bridges, embrace change and serve as a catalyst for leadership and progress.

At the heart of this theme lies the metaphorical notion of building bridges — bridges that span continents, cultures, and disciplines, facilitating the exchange of knowledge, ideas, and experiences. These bridges symbolize not only physical connections, but also intellectual and emotional bonds forged through dialogue, cooperation, and mutual understanding.
