The activities aim to introduce participants to the meaning of ‘controversy’; to provide techniques for dealing with controversy; and to build the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to use these techniques effectively. One example is dealing with asylum seekers (UK: Active Citizens Fe 2019).
